Shipping Policy

At AGATA Collection, we prepare each order with special care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Order processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days within the United States and 5 to 8 business days for shipments to the rest of the world. During special periods, such as holidays or limited-edition collection launches, these delivery times may vary.

While we make every effort to track each shipment, AGATA Collection is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs processes, natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in air or ground transportation services. We are also not responsible for any additional costs, customs duties, or extra fees once the package has left Uruguay.
