At AGATA Collection, we want you to choose each piece with confidence and peace of mind. That's why we present our products with detailed photographs and, in many cases, videos, so you can appreciate their features and finishes before making your purchase.

Since we work with custom pieces, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns at the customer's request. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email us at eshopagata@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Pieces Damaged During Shipping

If your purchase arrives damaged during shipping, please email us at eshopagata@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Once we have assessed the situation, we will let you know how to proceed with shipping to the following address:

Refunds

If applicable, once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will confirm the refund approval via email.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within the corresponding administrative timeframes.
